Vice President of Bolivia hosting Bolivia-related Wikileaks cables?

What is this I don't even.

It looks like the office of the Vice President of Bolivia is hosting translated versions of Wikileaks-leaked cables that relate to affairs involving the South American nation. The material is live at wikileaks.vicepresidencia.gob.bo. So, ".gob.bo" does look like the official TLD for their government matters; the state bank is even hosted on this domain. Are they translating the material, or are the cables en Español available through other Spanish-language news sources (such as Spain's El País, which was a partner of sorts with Wikileaks on the embargoed release process)?

No sé, hombre. But as my colleague Rob points out, why not Cuba? You'd kind of expect Cuba to get all up in this mirroring bizness. Discuss.
