Vatican agrees with Bruce Schneier on security for pope

Spotted on Bruce Schneier's blog, a note that the Vatican has acknowledged that "it was not realistic to think the Vatican could ensure 100% security for the Pope and that security guards appeared to have acted as quickly as possible... zero risk cannot be achieved." Schneier agrees: "This is particularly enlightened in comparison to the fears that somehow the President was endangered by people sneaking into a dinner with him."
