Next up is the Ode to Fiend Folio!
In the AD&D monster manual, all the monsters pictures were in black bordered boxes. I loved how they had one for the invisible stalker and it was just empty.
I think it was even credited to an artist.
Man I miss the days when D&D wasn't taking itself so seriously...
One of my favorite images of Cory and a First Edition Monster Manual.

Why is it that songs about geeky topics are always really bad?
wish the vocals were higher in the mix - hard to understand them with the echo sound effect thingy.
Ah! Back in the days when playing AD&d was cool and there where only TSR and no fourth editions...
Those where good days, when imagination ruled the tables, not the minis.
Gygax lives in our old school hearts. (THAC0 -5)
Are there any spoilers? Like on special weakenesses or the crazy superstititous stuff you have to do to kill the monsters?
@Victor - I have played through all the versions of D&D since I was 15 back in 1980. It's my opinion that anyone who lets a rules system interfere with his imagination is the one who has the problem. Rules are just a framework. D&D comes from the brains of the players, not from the rules. What you are suffering from is classic "in my day" syndrome. Get over yourself and let go of the hate.
As for the song...interesting animation, but the song is uninspired, and also difficult to listen to. I give it a "meh."
NERD ALERT!
This is super awesome! Not ALLL the monsters tho. Gary gygax would be proud. six thumbs up.
Much better D&D-inspired music video, and with stop-motion lego animation to boot!
