This mini-dress sold on Etsy looks just like a pair of 3D glasses. The seller marked it as a Halloween item, but I think it's actually kind of cute for everyday wear... maybe?

reminds me of an Always ad
Its supposed to be viewed from the perception that it is being worn, not looking at it from the spectators point of view, which would flip the colors. If you look at the back of the dress then it looks the way you have described, with the eye colors "switched" I hope that makes sense!

Haha I can't believe some of the snide remarks. The artist was kind enough to give her point of view and insight into the piece that she created. She for one has artistic vision. And to you Mr. Creepola, it doesn't look like menstrual blood.
