I might be a little ticked to if you randomly turned off my tv just to film how I would react.
I am the only one in my family that yearns for the TV. Every once in a while I forget why we canceled cable and don't watch much TV. I start thinking my kids are missing out on some important pop culture.
Then I see something like this to remind me.

Why the hell would you create a video to show off your complete lack of parenting skills? Seriously people, grow a pair and CONTROL THY OFFSPRING!!!!

These kids are 13 and 14 now and have grown up to be fantastic, empathetic, creative young guys.
A little roughhousing and a lot of TV notwithstanding...
