So, the rainbow lady - For the last 20 years or so she really hasn't gone outdoors to see what the sun does naturally at around 4:20, has she?

But it must be in the water. It just must be. Nothing to do with the angle of the sun and your elevation - it's clearly something oozing up from the ground.

Well. It takes all kinds to fill a freeway. Bless her.

I remember the water rainbow blowing my mind when I was 6 - and that was more than 20 years ago. Instead of making a you-tube video about how the government is poisoning me, I looked up the cause in an encyclopaedia.
