cory, loved the robot comics version of the story. fwiw, i have serious phantom-pager syndrome -- i feel the little bastard vibrating in my pocket all the time, always patting my thigh (keep it clean!) to see if its real. what i most liked was the fallback solutions devised when the primary channels of communication failed. i always keep a land-line with a corded phone in my house.

I downloaded the MP3 a while back, and I'm just listening to it now, through headphones. I'm sorry to say it's actually a rather unpleasant experience: the mix is badly balanced. I keep having to turn up the volume to hear the dialogue, and then quickly turn it down again to spare my hearing when the music or sound effects swell. The production values and acting are excellent (as is, of course, the writing!), but the mix keeps making me cringe.
