A first for one of the First Men, spotted in a NYT Q+A with Dr. Buzz Aldrin:

Q: What sort of music do you like?
A: I just did a rap session with Snoop Dogg and a rap composition called "Rocket Experience." It's going to be an online video. The Web site is funnyordie.com.
Q: Do you actually sing on the video?
A: I relate. It's not singing, it's rapping.

Considering Buzz Aldrin's violent history, rapping seems like a logical next step. If they can work in the video of Buzz punching out the yahoo who provoked him, I'd buy a dozen copies of whatever they produce.

Bart Sibrel deserved everything that Aldrin gave him and more. Given the chance, I'm sure that every one of the Apollo astronauts would do to him exactly what Buzz did. Buzz is my hero.

You know who he is, I know who he is, and I'm wagering most all of the readers do to. So, really, he's damned good at getting his name out there.

If his game was about artistic integrity, then he'd have flashed in the pan and then become obscure and revered.

Instead, he goes to the opening of envelopes, many of which contain checks, which I imagine Snoop laughs about, almost daily, ... on his way to the bank.
