I think all 3 girls are being held against their will. Look at the middle girl, I think you can just see some handcuffs on one wrist...

Remember the guy who got fired from Microsoft for sharing a photograph of a pallet worth of G5s coming in? (link on his blog)

He's the son in Oshkosh. And that photo was used for a trade show, believe it or not.
