There's a lot of weird toys that come out of the eastern hemisphere. Like the "Shave the Baby" playset...
This gift is great for potential suicides. Good for practice.
I'd be mildly worried if my children were playing with that toy. Mostly because I didn't know I had any children. Worrying, that, spontaneous appearance of children.
Toys aren't just for kids - this thing would probably be awesome at parties.
This just begs to be used for a humorous re-enactment of that scene in "The Deer Hunter".

That's in such astonishingly bad taste, it's hard to get really offended.
This is actually a very old invention. I remember going to a fund raiser party with my Mom as a kid at least 15 years ago and they had a gun just like this. It had a little needle that would pop the balloon, and there wasn't the band, you had to hold the balloon to your head between the gun. The party guests were making bets on the trigger pulls.

The packaging is written in JAPANESE. It is a product found at most toy stores in JAPAN.

I seem to recall this device used on "Ayaka's Surprise English Lesson" episodes numerous times, 5 years ago minimum. In Japan.
