Blackened lung cigarette lighters

I don't know anything about this public cigarette lighter shaped like blackened lungs, but I assume they were part of an anti-smoking campaign, somewhere.

I can imagine it having a write up saying, "someday these could be yours..."

Well, like Denis Leary said in "No Cure for Cancer", you could come out with a brand called "Tumours" with a skull on the package and smokers would still line up to buy them.

It's not like people don't know smoking is bad for them, it's just that most people do not feel any immediacy to the danger when the ill effects come 30 years after you begin.

I knew they weren't British, far too subtle! In the UK it would be a real diseased lung from a dead gut and an arm would come out and rub your face in it.

Black Lung Cigarettes: for a cleaner, more refreshing smoke.

It would be more accurate to show someone driving it. Pollution in big cities in India is extreme.
