Couldn't get to see whether it was a clever idea due to the horrible programming. If you can't swap two icons faster than I can move the mouse to the close-window button, you lose.
possibly the most boring game in the world.
After playing this game for 20 minutes, I can attest that the life of a businessman is hard.
Or, to quote Snog:

(PS: The music in the game is pretty groovy. Early 90s computer game chic.)
If you can make match-3 gameplay suck, you need to look into a new line of work.

The UI sucks, and the premise (everyone is expendable except the suits) is bullshit. Just look at the layoffs in law firms.
