Re: taking pictures on pueblos...

Some care, some don't, some sell photography permits. I was at Laguna Pueblo a couple months ago, and there's a ticket booth that sells both tickets and photography permits. If he brought in and set up the "vinyl cryptids," it's almost positive he would have had a permit.
