Sign for pharmacy in Burkina Faso

Hypostylin uploaded a few photos of a fabulous sign in a Burkina Faso pharmacy. Most of the people in the poster are suffering from horrible conditions, but the illustration for kankankan (NSFW) depicts a happy gentleman proudly displaying his newfound virility to all the world. I'm glad he's giving a thumbs up. Otherwise, I might have been a little worried. They list a lot of side effects on those Viagra commercials.

i'm a peace corps volunteer in burkina faso and this is a picture of the mural in the infirmary of our bureau (taken by another pcv - i know who you are hypostylin'!).
