You know those "Romantic" motor lodges with the theme rooms (the "Harem Room", the "Caveman Room", the "Disco Room", etc. ) -- I can see them having this out back for very specialized fantasies. I suggest calling it "The Slim Pickens Suite."

When I was growing up in Saskatoon Saskatchewan, there was an A-bomb/camper trailer very much like this one that was parked behind an apartment building a few blocks from my house.
I never did find out who built the thing. It was pretty cool though.
