More slide-projector lamps

Last June, I posted about the lamps from Design Heure, which feature a small slide projector that throws a single image on a nearby wall. The company's just launched its new line and there are some lovely pieces in it.

A slide is a thing that will get very dusty when mounted horizonally out in the open like that.

Your maid will be polishing that thing all day to make sure your tulips will look just as tacky a year from now as they do today.

How does one make? Just cut hole in lamp? Or need strong bulb like in projector?

I have one and love it -
A slide is a small round transparency that you insert between 2 thin glasses. A few example come with the lamp but the fun is to make your own...
