These are awesome. I had several cool transistor radios back in the day. Sadly, only one remains, a Coke bottle radio. Twist the cap to turn on/off and adjust the volume; the base twists to tune into that awesome AM Gold sound.

One of my high school friends had a watch that hung around her neck that looked exactly like that ladybug. I wonder if it was the same manufacturer.

One of the coolest presents I ever got for Christmas was a Mickey Mouse head transistor radio. My 7-year-old self rocked out to the Carpenters, "Top of the World". Then I got a Flavoradio that played nothing but the soundtrack from "Saturday Night Fever" and "CBS Mystery Theater."
