not only does every single one of BetterThanPants' t-shirts lack any sort of interesting artwork, but the jokes on the shirts are completely tone def. completely unfunny. funny in the way that wrestling is funny.. maybe. un-funny like a bumper sticker for you bloated stomach. butt ugly nonetheless.

total opposite on any t-shirts i would buy.

Aesculus glabra is the Ohio state tree. And its palmately compound leaves are reminiscent to some of the leaves of Cannabis sativa. Get it?

I get it (and like it [and live in Ohio]) still I briefly thought, but that IS a Buckeye leaf, before slapping my forehead and thinking that I'm getting old. Sigh.

Oh, since I went to Ohio University I would suggest that the leaf be moved to the right side in honor of the extensive cultivation that powers the (Meigs county in particular) region's economy. :)

I went back to the Midwest in 1970, after 10 years in Sanfranangeles, and watched a football game on TV in the old neighborhood bar. Some Ohio State players had weird little stickers on their helmets, which I mistakenly identified as Cannabis leaves. ''Wow, those guys are cool,'' I told my brother, ''they're wearing dope decals.''

''It's Ohio State,'' he said, ''not Antioch.''

I have to agree with the poster who described this product line as flat. The Ohio shirt is mildly amusing, but the rest of them go chasing after that so-shitty-it's-hip aesthetic. And rather a lot of their designs are mean-spirited. Some are so nasty that they provide a public service in that anyone wearing them is probably an asshole. Nice to have folks like that marching around with labels on their chests. Makes it easier for the rest of us to steer clear.
