Bike-to-work pants reflect light at night.

These men's khaki pants offer a safety feature for guys who bike. They're made by the same company, Cordarounds.com, that makes horizontal corduroy pants. Bike To Work Pants (thanks, Nathan Tyler)
Update: Whups, the Boing Boing Gadgets guys beat me to this one -- join the already-robust thread over there if you have something to say!

My pants already have "inner brilliance"
Hardy har har.
Great idea. But shouldn't the back of the pants be reflective red instead of white to meet with most traffic regulations?
There's a pretty solid thread about this on BB Gadgets already: http://gadgets.boingboing.net/2008/09/25/cordarounds-biketowo.html
Thems some mighty wide cuffs for bike riding.
i would just wear them inside out all the time.
Damn, now I can't use the "I didn't see him" defense for running over guys in khaki pants.
#2: What traffic regulations are these?
All the reflective wear I've seen for bikes is either white or yellow. White is much more reflective, naturally.
I wear white straps and have white reflective tape on the back of my bike, and a red flashing light in the back to make sure people know which way I'm going.
I'm not sure I've ever seen red reflective gear at any of my local bike shops.
I've been riding to work for over 4 years now. These pants are a great idea. Now, if they can just make them into shorts, with a bit more style... some reflective strips on the side and/or back pockets would be nice.
I'd hit it.
This is SOOOO Mission District. Especially with the photo of 500 Club.
Maybe BoingBoing should launch a local blog.
