Papercraft Mario hat
Whaddya do after the kids have finished Super Paper Mario (Aside: holy moly, is that ever a smokin' game! Pair it with a copy of Flatland and Spaceland for a comprehensive grounding in n-dimensional topology)?
Why, download this Super Mario Papercraft hat and print and assemble it for hours of costume-drama fun!

If you get Flatland, get it with Sphereland. Free extra dimension if you order now!
I have NO idea how to do that, but it does look flippin' sweet.
Super Paper Mario was alright, but it took platformer gameplay and combined it with RPG level design, which didn't make for the most interesting of platform levels. And the 3-D/2-D flip mechanic was kind of a one-trick deal. "Can't get through? Change the perspective!" I did enjoy the game, but a rental was enough for me.
It did however get me interested in a game called Crush for the PSP. If/when I get one of those that game is near the top of my list for it.
