Truck as flower bed

MAKE: founder Dale Dougherty went to the California State Fair where he snapped the photo above. Dale writes:
Here is one of my favorite sights, a "green" truck in the Farm area. It's an old truck covered in grass with vegetables and flowers growing in the flat bed. Talk about a raised bed! Think how the yards of rural America could be transformed once rusty wrecks become warm and fuzzy, like something out of a Pixar movie.Grass-covered truck (Makezine.com)

Sort of a truck garden, huh?
the yards of rural America aren't filled with old trucks.
sigh.
All hail the truck farmer!
Awesome, but I would really hate having to pay vehicle tax on my flower bed, however...
Sweet! A 1947 Dodge sod-body!
Soon, coming to a Hummer near you!
I *just* saw a pick up with a bed filled with dirt and flowers on the street in Cambridge (MA) this weekend! Nice!
Part of a display at the Jardin botanique de Montréal one year was a VW Beetle that had been planted in much the same way.
Ch-Ch-Ch-Chia!

Could you get arrested for drinking then trying to drive a flower bed?
There's a similar flower bed parked on the street in Toronto's Kensington Market: http://flickr.com/photos/alanjcastonguay/sets/72157606794927729/
I see these all the time in upstate NY.
This would be so nice to climb in and sit down. It looks so much more comfortable than your typical outdoor furniture. I really want to make a grass chair kind of thing.
