heyy... everyone's movements looks sort of sped up but the song is normal speed. I think they played it real slow and lip synced to that. then they compressed the sequence to match the song.

in spite of all that, they still did not finish the haircut.

They should have lipsynced to the song backwards and then reversed the footage afterwards...
