Lego minifigs teach chemistry

In this video, Lego minfigs teach human biochemistry. Apparently, it was a collaboration between Dragonfilms and Brighton University biology students.

Let me know if they create a minifig that can teach physics like the late Dr. Julius Sumner Miller.

His telecourses are available on YouTube.

Nice to hear there are more Dr. Julius Sumner Miller fans around. I got hooked on him on late night tv years ago. All science classes should be as fun as his.

This didn't work for me at all. Not a bit.

I read the headline and thought someone had made molecular models with Legos, but no.

The monotone voice over is bad enough, but the music makes it worse. And what is the pointless flashing in the background about? Don't know if I want to doze or have a seizure.

This was made by biology students, not film students. But university students, not high school kids, so I'd hope for something a little better.
