Audrey Kawasaki new painting exhibition
The incredible Audrey Kawasaki has a show of new paintings on exhibit at Santa Monica's Copro Nason gallery until March 1. Titled "Mayoi Michi," the show features original paintings and also a collection of fine art prints. Seen here, "After it is Done" ("24 x 18", oil on wood) and "Karamari" (20" x 13", oil on wood).

@1, my girlfriend said the same thing when I showed her Audrey's work a while ago! Kind of makes me wish I had taken art history as an undergrad.
I first got into Kawasaki in an issue of Hi Fructose, and I've been addicted ever since.
That's a very good call, her work has a kind of art nouveau feel but yet its very modern.
As usual, if you're an artist and want to get on BB, paint some nekkid ckicks.
