The current group show at Los Angeles' Gallery Nineteen Eighty Eight is a tribute to comics mastermind Stan Lee. The show, "Under The Influence," features work by Travis Louie, Chris Reccardi (top left), Amanda Visell, Monster Factory (top middle), Mark Bodnar, Brandi Milne (top right), and dozens of others. Ummm since these are visual works it would seem like this is more of a tribute to the artists who created these characters such as Jack Kirby, Steve Ditko, and others. Stan may be the Man but Jack is the King. Credit where credit is due.

What an awesome collection! I think my favorite is the Spidermen hanging out series. Especially the one where they're dressed up ask Captain America and the Hulk.
