Isn't this alley a bit on the short side?

The release looks to be less than ten feet from the pins. You might as well knock them down with a long stick. This would get old pretty quickly, imo.

Definitely not regulation length.
I'm also not so sure you can fairly call that an 'alley'.

This reminds me of the basement rifle range project in Popular Mechanics a few decades ago. This guy deserves credit for far more creativity and safty.

Yes it's short but sometimes you need to make-do with what you have. When I was a kid, my dad created an outdoor ice skating rink in our back yard. Was it NHL rink size? Nope. Was it still fun? Absolutley!

Looks cute. It's probably at-least 20' too short with no approach, and a step-up?

I think it would be cool just to have a working pinsetter though.

They had better often invite the nieghbors over to play or sound-proof the hell out of that garage. LOL

All that wasted driveway... Why can't he snap on some more alley segments, on some leveling casters?
Needs a little more research and development.
I want it to pop out like a sofa-bed!

For those complaining about the length:

If you go to the linked gallery, you will see that there are more pieces of the lane stacked beside it ...

Ahh ... commenting before researching doesn't work so well, no?
