I suck at the frying so I get that fully cooked bacon from Schwan's you keep in the freezer. It's more expensive but I get bacon in sixty seconds.

In the fine dining southern(using traditional french and spanish techniques) food restaurant where I worked we had a rule in the kitchen for new recipes: If it doesn't taste good add more butter, if it still doesn't taste good add bacon. It's one of the reasons our food was fantastic and our patrons were often a litte overweight
