Hot Porridge Smoothies (AKA the Porrocino)

Today in my ongoing series of photos from my travels: this man in the stalls market opposite the Camden Town tube in London sells "Hot Porridge Smoothies, AKA The Porrocino" -- I didn't try one that day, but I'm definitely going back for one. Link

Someone needs to make this into a lolcat.
nuts, banana, vanilla, apple, ... mmmhhh sounds delicious. never heard about Porrocino before but when i have a chance i will try it.
There's a stall selling something like this at the bottom of the stairs of Canary Wharf DLR.
Although on reflection I'm not sure 100% sure they're hot, and it looks like some kind of franchise. I can't even remember the name, despite the fact I walk past it every day. Death where is thy sting!

Acai (here in Brazil we call AÇaí) and acerola (have a lot of C vitamin) is a tipical brazilian fruit. I love açaí with banana.
that man looks like you Cory hehe
Huh. At first I thought he was offering an Areola Cherry.
Besides the fact that the drinks in question sound quite tasty, I noticed something while viewing this article that is best explained here.
Same person?
I thought he was talking about trigonometry.
Wonder if anyone does a bacon smoothie?
Orange Julius, meet Dr. Bronner's.
@5 (ACA_RIO): Acerola brings me nice memories of my childhood (but never tried it with banana, and I'm not inclined to try... quite strange combination). We had some trees of this. But the Açaí thing... Here in SP it is not too common, and I dont know many people who really like it.
For those who are not familiar with brazilian fruits, açai is reguarded (scientificly, not only folkloricly AFAIK) as an "energetic" and very caloric fruit.

Sounds delicious, we need it in NYC!
I had the idea of doing this about 10 years ago (I really did) Everyone thought I was nuts, as usual.
I'd try it, but something about thinking about drinking oats through a straw makes me throw up in my mouth a little.
The Ali G reference is great.
