John sez, "Every year at the holidays, Disney World's Grand Floridian Resort builds a 16-foot real gingerbread house in the lobby.
This year, we set up a time-lapse camera to watch the three days of work."

(Thanks, John!)
Cool. We saw it in November. If they hadn't cut the nights out of the video, we might have been in a frame or two. I shot a couple quick pics (kids were exhausted) but didn't get one of the sign.
With as a "Ingredients… …Disney World Special Ingredient" segue into the time lapse, all I could think was that 'special' ingredient was methamphetamine.
So what do they do with all the gingerbread when it's done? Doesn't it create a bit of an insect problem?
One of the neatest things about that gingerbread house is that it actually also serves as a workshop where people make a replica you can ship home.

My wife might appear in that video. She works at the Grand Floridian.

Is it fully edible? If not, it is fail.
