$60 for a felt stocking?! Honestly. Handmade or not.

It's not just a felt stocking. It's a fully-lined, hand-embroidered (lots of detail!) and hand-sewn felt stocking. That's a lot of work...at $60 per stocking, the artist is *maybe* nearing a living wage for herself. It's not at all an unfair price.

Yes it's true. . . $60 is a lot for a felt stocking, if it were just a plain felt stocking. . . but as stated above it is no mere stocking. . . it's fully handmade and had embroidered and it's made so that it will last for years if not generations. and it's not just felt it's a high quality wool felt. . . I didn't buy the stuff for 25 cents a sheet at Michael's. It's not the stuff you used in school. I use quality materials. So $60. . . that's a deal!
