Yeah, deifinately NOT a medical drawing of any kind. lol It's a hentai manga, a dual fetish one at that. Pregnancy/Xray. The internet is full of scary scary things, and there's no amount of eyebleach that makes them go away... this means i've seen other bits of this.

Those wacky Japanese! They pixelated her labia, even though it's a cut-away elevation view that's reasonably accurate anatomically.

Of course, the rest of her reproductive organs remain uncensored. Definitely hentai.
