Jim says:"Photographed this magazine in Helsinki. WtF stands for 'Welcome to Finland.'
"Not only is a magazine named "WtF" pretty funny, but cool fashion designer Minna Parikka is striking exactly the perfect corresponding pose on the cover."

More to the point, Minna Parikka is possibly the most talented footwear designer you are ever likely to come across. Her shoes really deserve a feature of their own here.
Odds are the people doing the magazine were clueless about what the "acronym" stands for... There's a tradition almost as rich as Engrish in Finland for hilarious misuse of the English language...
Engrish in Finland? Finns are one of the most fluent non-native english speakers in the world. "Engrish" means the incorrect usage of english by somebody who doesn't know the language. The fact that some finnish words look or sound like english hardly makes them "engrish". Try going to Finland as an exchange student. You'll find it nearly impossible to learn any finnish, since everybody will be speaking english to you after they notice you don't speak good finnish.
"WTF" is hardly common knowledge outside geek circles. Sorry about this anonymous post, but it seems to take a while to register.
Looks like she's saying "WTF, it's so big!"
Just saying.
That's nothing, you should check out South Texas Farmer's Union Magazine.

The WTF magazine has been made very much knowing what the acronym stands for. The magazine has a website at http://www.welcometofinland.fi/
P.S. Had to post anonymously since I never got the email with the account confirmation link.

Now how can I get a copy of this without going to Finland?

The real question is, WTF is up with their bizarre serifs?
I've just got back from finland and this book (its a hardback book) was in my hotel room. Inside it was this bizarre advert: http://www.flickr.com/photos/harrymia/1498438426/
WTF indeed!
