Why is the US Army internet-blocking Time Warner?

This isn't affecting Hawaii. I was able to access the newspaper site mentioned in the linked article and send and recieve mail from my Road Runner account to my army.mil account.

This doesn't surprise me at all. I work in computer security, and Time/Warner's network is a sewer. I can think of only one worse in the United States, and that's Comcast. I hope this is a first step toward holding providers responsible for the attacks that originate from compromised systems on their networks. It's long overdue.
