My personal "favorite" side-effect warning was in a television commercial for anti-depression medication for dogs. Potential side effects included dizziness, nausea and death. Death.

At least one of those is slightly cheap, seeing as accutane is apparently right in the neighborhood of thalidomide with respect to its safety for pregnant women, yet it ISN'T the "don't give to pregnant women" answer.
No one could possibly answer these questions except maybe a pharmacist or dedicated doctor, so what's the point of having a "quiz"?
