Anti-smog jacket and no-cold-or-flu dress


Cornell design student Olivia Ong has designed a couple of garments made with material that protect the wearer from air pollution and viruses.
 Blog Oliviaong Working in collaboration with Cornell fiber scientists two of her garments were treated with metallic nanoparticles enabling a dress that prevents colds/flu (plus it doesn't need to be washed), as well as a jacket that destroys noxious gases and protects the person from smog.
