It's a sign that says "You and I altogether do afforest the bodyguard!". Maybe they intended to say "Together we can take care of the plants", or something like that. I took the photo last week in Shenzhen, China, and posted it to my blog, on O Estado de S. Paulo, a major Brazilian daily (in Portuguese).
