Scanned-in 1929 novelties catalog

Jay sez, "Flickr set containing scans from a 1929 Johnson Smith catalog of 'surprising novelties, puzzles, tricks, jokegoods, useful articles, etc.' Catalog advertises real firearms, 'boy's handcuffs', Tear Gas in a fountain pen, Golden Shower bombs, and horribly racist masks." Link (Thanks, Jay!)

Update: Mat sez, "1929 was a bit before my time. A while ago I scanned my cherished copy of the 1979 catalog and posted it on Flickr. Take a look -- it's amazing how little some things change between issues."
