RIAA attacks 10-yr-old girl (7 at time of alleged download)


Despite her disabled mom's claims of innocence, The Recording Industry Association of America is insisting on deposing a 10-year-old girl in Atlantic v. Andersen, in Oregon. Tanya Andersen, 42, lives on Social Security disability assistance. Her child was 7 years old at the time of the illicit downloading alleged by the RIAA. More at
