Carl sez, "After spending 24 months obsessing over what it would take to get better video out of congressional hearings, I spent a couple of weeks ripping 160h43m33s of said hearings to build a demo site. The prototype has been homed on the Internet Archive and I've bundled up my 1 conclusion and 2 allegations of wrongdoing and submitted them as an unsolicited Report to the Speaker of the House."
