Skip past the thumbnails on Google Image Search

Google Image Ripper is a cool off-site Google Hack that that bypasses the Google Image search results and puts all the images on a single page at their full size -- no more postage sample results. You can refine the search by image size as well.

I love how it creates a one-page visual montage, often making for some great and funny juxtapositions. I was searching for images using the term "finger" and it ripped this fun assortment.
