JetBlue CEO apologizes for delays on YouTube
After a week of terrible JetBlue delays, the CEO put together a youtube in which he apologizes to JetBlue fliers and promises to institute major changes to prevent a recurrence. He also promises discount vouchers to all delayed fliers:

• Increasing number phone lines open for changing reservations
• Tripling the size of the group that schedules pilots and stewardesses
• Delays 1-2 hours: $25 off a future flight
• Delays 2-4 hours: $50 off a future flight
• Delays 6+ hours: Free round-trip ticket
