NFL says don't copy our copyright warning

Brooklyn Law School professor
Wendy Seltzer says:
Shortly after the Super Bowl, I posted a copyright prof's highlights: the exaggerated warning that "This telecast is copyrighted by the NFL for the private use of our audience. Any other use of this telecast or of any pictures, descriptions, or accounts of the game without the NFL's consent, is prohibited."

It seems the NFL's copyright bots didn't see the fair use, and sent YouTube a boilerplate DMCA takedown demand, which they sent on to me. Time for a counter-notification.
