Fi5e, a blogger at ni9e.com, has a great pass-time for long flights: rip each face out of the Skymall catalog and then calculate the demographic balance of their models by arranging them on your tray-table. Shown here: white versus non-white. S/he's also done men versus women, small to large, and light hair to dark hair.
