Man shoots current from fingers

Tvfirefing A TV repair man in San Juan, Puerto Rico named Jose Munoz conducts the current from TV tubes through his fingers to impress people by settings things on fire and lighting up fluorescent bulbs. According to this video, Munoz considers himself an artist but "the downside is that his fingertips are burned off."
