Rumsfeld to resign
US Defense Secty. Donald Rumsfeld will resign today. President Bush is set to make the announcement momentarily. In related news, here's today's NYT editorial: "First, Out With Rumsfeld."Update: Former CIA head Robert Gates will succeed him.
