Woman dies where she planned to be buried

A 65-year-old woman in Amsterdam carefully planned her funeral to the point of having her name inscribed on a tombstone at the cemetery plot. When recently visiting the spot, she died, most likely of a heart attack. From Reuters:
The woman was carrying a bag with her containing her will when she died and had already organized details of her funeral including the music she wanted played, (the newspaper De Telegraaf reported).
