HOWTO knit a skull afghan

domiKNITrix created a marvelous skull knitting pattern to knit her husband a sweater. She kindly posted the knitting pattern online for anyone to copy. Since then, lots of other crafters have made all kinds of skulltastic items from it, including Lisa, who crocheted this killer afghan.
