National Novel Writing Month: start your novels!

Today marks the start of NaNoWriMo -- the national novel-writing month. The challenge is to write an entire novel in one day month. I had a number of students at the Viable Paradise writers' workshop this year who made the jump from short stories to novels by taking this challenge; some of them were even workshopping their NaNoWriMo novels, and many were very good! NaNoWriMo has a bunch of community stuff and infrastructure to get you writing. Link (Thanks, Casey!)
