Norwegian telco to broadcaster: pay up or we throttle your packetsEirikso sez, "In June 2006 NextGenTel, one of the biggest broadband providers in Norway decided to deliberately limit the bandwidth from the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation (NRK).
