Jim Kelly is one of the best writers working the field today, and is a tireless mentor to many writers (me included). He has lately become an advocate of Creative Commons as well, and in this video, he talks frankly and succinctly about why a popular and accomplished writer would adopt Creative Commons licensing, and what it takes to make it as a writer.
